**No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.** We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes.

- Our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) solely for the technical purpose of delivering messages on our behalf
- Government authorities when required by valid legal process
- Successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections set out in this Policy

We share information only as follows:

- **Service providers:** vendors who help us operate our business (hosting, email, SMS delivery, payment processing, customer support tooling). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us.
- **Legal compliance:** when required by law, court order, subpoena, or government investigation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Verus Cloud Secure, our clients, or the public.
- **Business transfers:** in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to confidentiality protections at least as protective as this Policy.
